Should assisted dying be legalised?


Are people being pushed into accepting the idea of assisted dying by the so-called "strident elite"?

Terminally ill GP Dr Ann McPherson has pioneered healthtalkonline.org , which features people's experiences, including facing up to dying and bereavement.

She discusses the issue with Christina Odone, from the Centre for Policy Studies , which has published a report saying assisted suicide "will put the socially marginalised at serious risk".
