Man Booker shortlist: Peter Carey

Australian writer Peter Carey could make literary history next week if he wins the Man Booker Prize, by becoming the first person to win the award three times.

Arts correspondent Rebecca Jones speaks to the author about how his 11th novel, Parrot and Olivier in America, explores early attempts at democracy in his adopted home, the United States.
