'Scene of devastation' in Hungary

There has been a state of emergency declared in Hungary after the burst of a dam holding back a reservoir of toxic sludge.

Director of Greenpeace Hungary, Zsolt Szegfalvi, describes the extent of the danger to the environment in the area.
