'Firm guidance' needed for banking review

The independent commission chaired by Sir John Vickers will today set out the terms of its inquiry into the banking system.

The chairman of Treasury Select Committee, Andrew Tyrie, outlines how the review could lead to fairer treatment for customers and curb so-called "casino" banking activities.
