International 'problem' for banking review

A commission appointed by the government to review the future of banking in the UK is to set out the terms of its inquiry.

Economics correspondent Hugh Pym and George Mathewson, former Chairman of Royal Bank of Scotland, debate whether big high street institutions should be allowed to keep their investment banking operations.
