Inexperience 'increases car crash risks'

Public health experts are calling for radical new measures to try to reduce the number of young people killed and injured in road accidents in the UK.

Public health consultant Dr Sarah Jones and Edmund King, president of the AA, discuss whether newly-qualified drivers should be banned from driving at night.
