Heart drug 'exciting discovery'

Extensive research of a new heart-rate lowering drug costing £10 a week has shown an 18% reduction in death and hospitalisation when added to standard treatment of patients with heart failure.

Professor Martin Cowie, who led the research, explains how the drug works.
