Narey: 'All children should get an equal chance'

Schools should be required to take equal shares of children of different academic abilities, according to a children's charity Barnardo's.

Barnardo's chief executive Martin Narey and David Green, director of think tank Civitas, debate the educational gap between children from different social backgrounds.
