Should mental health patients be tagged?


Doctors say they are expanding a scheme which uses satellite tracking to monitor the movements of violent offenders with mental health problems.

Home affairs correspondent, Danny Shaw, has been given unique access to the programme in south-east London.

Professor Tom Fahy and Paul Jenkins, of mental health charity Rethink, discuss the ethical implications of electronic tagging.
