Forced contraception 'an explosive question'

A judge has suggested that an effort by a local council to force contraception on a woman with a very low IQ was "essentially a horrendous prospect".

Philosophy professor Wayne Martin from the University of Essex discusses the complex arguments involved in deciding whether a person has the mental capacity to take decisions.
