Gilmore: Drug policy 'has failed'

Professor Sir Ian Gilmore, the outgoing president of the Royal College of Physicians says that crime could be reduced and the health of many people improved if the drugs laws were reformed.

Professor Sir Ian debates drug decriminalisation with Graeme Pearson, a former head of crime at Strathclyde Police.
