Illegality 'makes drugs more dangerous'

Decriminalising drug use could drastically reduce crime and improve health, the outgoing president of the Royal College of Physicians has said.

Stephen Rolles, of the Transform Drug Policy Foundation, explains why he believes drugs should be decriminalised and regulated.
