Pakistan response 'woefully inadequate'


United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon says the devastation from the floods in Pakistan is the worst he has ever seen.

BBC correspondent Mike Wooldridge describes the situation on the ground in northern Pakistan and Shoaib Hasan reports from Karachi.

International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell analyses whether the international response to the disaster has been adequate.
