'Double dip recession' expected

The US Federal Reserve bank believes economic recovery will be "more modest" than it previously thought and the Bank of England is also expected to say that economic growth next year will be lower than it had previously forecast.

Andrew Lilico, from the Policy Exchange, and Thomas Wittenborg, founder of Wittenborg Capital Management, discuss the economic forecasts.
