Axing Trident 'not on the agenda'

The Chancellor George Osborne has said the £20bn cost of replacing the UK's Trident nuclear deterrent will have to be paid from the Ministry of Defence's core budget.

Professor Malcolm Chalmers of the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies discusses whether this will delay the Trident renewal.
