Will a ban on forced retirement work?

Forcing people to retire at the age of 65 will be banned from October next year.

Dianah Worman, diversity adviser for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and deputy director-general of the CBI John Cridland reflect on the consequences of the ban.
