'Financial risk in supporting young conductors'

British orchestras are not doing enough to train the next generation of conductors, according to the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.

Nick Logie, a viola player with the orchestra, describes how young conductors have few opportunities because orchestras are worried about negative media coverage.
