Hague dismisses Lockerbie release 'rumours'

Foreign Secretary William Hague has written to US Senator John Kerry to reiterate the government position that the release of the Lockerbie bomber was wrong; but to dismiss "unsubstantiated rumours" about BP's alleged lobbying ahead of the release.
