'Potential for conflict' in year ahead

Six thousand members of the union Unite who work for BAA are being balloted for strike action today in a dispute over pay.

It could mean disruption at airports across the country. Peter Harwood, chief conciliator of Acas examines if we are likely to see many more industrial pay disputes.
