Iraq veteran: 'You can't come back and just switch off'

Sergeant Major John Dale is a former soldier suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.

He was discharged from the army after 20 years of service, traumatised by what he had experienced.

He struggled with alcoholism and homelessness and lied to the police in order to be sent to jail.

Now recovering following help from charity Talking 2 Minds, he told Justin Webb his story.
