'Legal highs' flooding drugs market

The government's chief drugs adviser has said the UK is "floundering" in its attempts to control the online mephedrone market.

An investigation for BBC Breakfast found dozens of new substances for sale - all of them still legal - as well as mephedrone, which is now a class B drug.
