Tory MP: School building halt 'unfair'

The Education Secretary Michael Gove has said he will apologise in person to schools who had mistakenly been given the go ahead on building projects which were axed. Conservative MP Ian Liddell Grainger represents a Somerset constituency which was not misled but has been told that at least three of six schools it planned to build will not be given the go ahead. He outlines his concerns about the proposals.
