Modern painters' minds 'vacuous and empty'

"Campo Vaccino", JMW Turner's last painting of Rome, will go on auction at Sotheby's later.

Turner painted scenes from Rome over a 20-year period, when it was fashionable for artists to tour Europe for inspiration.

Art critics Brian Sewell and Rachel Campbell Johnston discuss whether there are equivalent artists in the modern day.
