Job creation 'depends on business investment'


The Office for Budget Responsibility projects that overall employment to rise over the next few years, with 2 million new jobs expected in the private sector.

Economics correspondent Hugh Pym outlines the OBR's forecast.

Richard Lambert, director general of the Confederation of Business Industry and Jane Henderson chief executive of the South West Regional Development Agency, assess whether the new job creation is realistic.
