Buy British 'would be bad deal' for armed forces

Earlier this month, the head of the army General Sir David Richards, said it was not the military's job to "prop up ailing industries".

Ian Godden, chairman of Aerospace Defence Securities, and Malcolm Chalmers, fellow at the defence think tank the Royal United Services Institute, discuss whether the defence industry relies too heavily on orders from the Ministry of Defence.
