Taliban 'have to be involved in Afghan dialogue'


The past week has seen the deaths of nine British troops in Afghanistan and the dismissal of the US's senior military commander in the country.

From Lahore, the Pakistani writer Ahmed Rashid discusses whether the Taliban should be involved in negotiations on Afghanistan's future.
