NICE to fight 'preventable' deaths

The National Institute for Clinical Excellence, NICE, has come up with a remarkably sweeping set of recommendations to wean us off so-called junk food. Professor Mike Kelly, NICE's public health director, explains how trans-fats and high salt diet causes "preventable" deaths.
