Otunbayeva: 2010 'decisive year' for Afghanistan

On his first trip to Afghanistan as prime minister, David Cameron signalled the new government's approach to stabilising the country.

Correspondent Edward Stourton talks to the president of Kyrgyzstan, Roza Otunbayeva, who believes the whole region might be in danger of Islamic extremism if the Nato campaign in Afghanistan fails.
