'Normality returning to Sri Lanka'

The Sri Lankan government says normality is now returning to its northern regions, more than a year after the defeat of the Tamil Tigers. Reporter Stephen Sackur assesses whether the government is delivering on its promise of reconstruction and reconciliation in the area.
