Resignation 'not fatal' to World Cup bid


Some of the tabloids are convinced that the UK's bid to get the 2018 World Cup has been seriously wounded by the FA Chairman, Lord Triesman's claim, in a secretly taped recording of a private conversation, that the Russians and the Spanish were doing a deal that might involve the bribing of world cup referees.
