Former heavyweight boxing champion Frank Bruno is fronting a new mental health campaign Time to Change after being diagnosed with bi-polar disease.

Mr Bruno describes how he had no idea that he had a mental health problem, "People were telling me I had a problem, but you're always the last one to know."

"I didn't know what bi-polar was, I thought it was some dance that you do. It was a very serious thing," he added.

He commented that there is a big stigma around mental health, "if you say you have mental health, people look at you like you're cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo, they look at you in an odd little way but it can happen to anybody."
