10% of voters 'have voted tactically'


An Ipsos Mori poll of marginal seats suggests that a third of voters may yet change their minds about who to vote for.

The Financial Times' Undercover Economist and the presenter of Radio 4's More or Less, Tim Harford, examines tactical voting.
