Health delivery 'has to change'

NHS managers are preparing for a squeeze in budgets at a scale unprecedented in the history of the service.

An increase in the costs of drugs and an ageing population mean that there will be little or no growth in NHS income.

Dr Hamish Meldrum chairman of the British Medical Association Council, and Professor Karol Sikora a leading cancer specialist, examine the effect of large NHS spending cuts.
