Louisiana coast awaits oil spill

A state of emergency has been declared in Louisiana as thousands of barrels of oil continue to flow into the Gulf of Mexico each day. The BBC's Andy Gallacher reports from the port town of Venice and Greg Pollack of the Oil Spill Prevention and Response Program in Texas outlines the options to deal with the spill.
