Cross-party reforms 'only work at local level'

Conservative leader David Cameron has said he might consider joining forces with the Liberal Democrats in the event of a hung parliament, and adopt electoral reforms which are heavily opposed by his party.

Vice-chairman of the North Somerset Conservative Association Peter Burden, and local councillor Reyna Knight consider whether a national coalition government could work.
