BSkyB 'restricting competition'

Pay TV provider BSkyB could be forced to offer its premium film and sports channels at a regulated wholesale price to its competitors.

The media and communications regulator Ofcom is expected to make the recommendations in a report later today.

Business editor Robert Peston outlines competition rules, and David Chance, chairman of Top Up TV and former deputy managing director at BSkyB, considers how the new changes will affect viewers.
