Cold 'hits Mongolia herders hard'

The weather in Mongolia has been so extreme that aid agencies are predicting disaster for many people and the Red Cross Red Crescent is launching an emergency appeal. Correspondent Chris Hogg reports from where he has travelled to the worst affected part of the country, an area called Uvurkhangai where almost a million animals have died.
