'Dock child benefit' for disruptive pupils

Delegates at a teacher's union conference are being urged to back a motion for parents of disruptive pupils to lose part of their benefits. General Secretary of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers Mary Bousted and co-founder of the Mumsnet website Carrie Longton discuss how parents must teach their children how to behave in school.
