Immigration has become a major issue for voters but many election candidates will be concerned about the dangers of turning it into a divisive issue.

It is predicted that immigrants will be the majority in eight of London's 32 boroughs by 2026.

Andrew Hosken reports from Newham, east London, where immigration remains one of the top three concerns raised by potential voters.
