Pre-nups 'becoming popular'

How binding should a pre-nuptial agreement be when a divorce takes places and the couple's assets are divided up? The BBC's legal affairs analyst Clive Coleman outlines how pre-nups make more work for lawyers, but can bring far more financial security for people, especially those entering second marriages.
