'Two thirds' of passengers will fly

British Airways cabin crew have begun 3 days of strike action in a dispute over the company's decision to impose cuts in staffing levels and working conditions. Talks to avert the action collapsed yesterday afternoon.

Employment correspondent Martin Shankleman explains how passengers will be affected.
