Jargon speak 'prevents access'

Have you ever heard of webimar, undercapacitated, or tonality? The Local Government Association (LGA) will today publish a list of 250 words of jargon which it says council staff should not use when talking to the public.

The LGA's chair, Dame Margaret Eaton, comments on the use of jargon in public sector agencies.
