MP's back care home pets plan

Every year thousands of pets in England and Wales are destroyed when their owners move into care homes. Parliamentary Correspondent, Mark D'Arcy, reports on how the House of Commons has been told by the Conservative MP, Nigel Waterson, that the law should be changed to allow them to take them with them.
