Low interest rates 'have worked'

The Bank Of England is deciding on the interest rate today, a year after rates dropped a historic low of 0.5%.

Dr Peter Warburton, director of the consultancy Economic Perspectives, and Danny Gabay, of Fathom Financial, debate the effect of the base rate over the past year.
