MI5 record on detainee 'dubious'

Ministers have leapt to defend the British security services after criticism by a leading judge was made public by the Court of Appeal. Former shadow home secretary David Davis and Lord Carlile who is the Government's independent reviewer of terrorism legislation discuss the criticisms levied at MI5 and whether a judicial inquiry is needed.
