Harman: Tories 'muddled and inconsistent' on parliamentary privilege

David Cameron is expected to say that the Prime Minister is tolerating the "disgusting sight" of MPs using parliamentary privilege to try to avoid prosecution for alleged expenses abuses. The conservative leader is giving a speech today to say he'd change the law if he wins power to stop MPs trying to "evade justice" in that way.
