Minimum alcohol pricing 'will affect the poor'

The government has been accused of being too close to the drinks industry and supermarkets when deciding alcohol policy.

A Health Select Committee report has called for the introduction of minimum pricing on alcohol, tighter controls on advertising and mandatory labelling.

Kevin Barron, chair of the committee, and Gavin Partington, head of communications at the Wine and Spirits Trade Association, debate alcohol policy.
