'A very peculiar by-election'

Labour have won the Glasgow North-East by-election with a reduced majority of 8,000. The SNP finished second, and the Conservative party were third.

Professor John Curtice of Strathclyde University told Today presenter Sarah Montague that Labour's recipe for success may not be one that can be repeated.
