Isle of Man funding cut 'unacceptable'

The Isle of Man is to lose a quarter of its income, after warnings of job losses and cuts to public services. From 2011 there will be a reduction of £140m a year in the amount it receives from the British Treasury. North of England correspondent Judith Moritz reports from the Isle of Man on the reaction to the cuts.
