Til Wykes, Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London, and the organiser of the declaration presented at Downing Street, and Professor Chris Kennard of the Clinical Neurology unit at Oxford, and Chair of the Neuroscience and Mental Health Board at the Medical Research Council which allocates medical funding, examine the problems around tackling mental health.
